Branded client app

A white-label coaching app, without the App Store

FitBrand gives a personal trainer a client app under their own brand: your logo, your colour and your own address, yourbrand.fitbrand.app. Your client adds it to their home screen in one tap. No app store review, no developer account, no code to write.

White-label branding unlocks on Pro: ₺499/mo on the web in Türkiye, or the price your app store shows you in your own currency.

Set up in three steps

No designer, no developer and no app store account required.

  1. Open your account and pick your address

When you sign up you choose your own yourbrand.fitbrand.app subdomain. That address is both your landing page and your client app. The first choice is free on every plan.

  2. Upload your logo, pick your colour

The app name and the theme colour are yours on every plan. Logo upload is a Pro and Elite feature; the moment you upload it, the app icon, the splash screen, the landing page and the share cards are regenerated with your brand.

  3. Send your client the link

Your client opens the link on their phone, taps “Add to home screen”, and your app appears on their home screen with your icon. No store search, no download queue, no review process.

Why the home screen instead of the store

Publishing an app under your own listing on the App Store and Google Play is possible, but it has a cost: a developer account, store review, a new release for every branding change, and a client who has to search for the app and download it. FitBrand's subscription plans skip all of those steps: your app is a link, your client opens it and adds it to their home screen.

No waiting

Live the moment you save your logo. No store review queue.

No updates

When you change your brand or your content, your client downloads nothing; it is current the next time they open it.

No extra accounts

You do not need to open an Apple Developer or Google Play developer account, or pay their annual fee.

If being in the store is a must

We do build a real mobile app under your own listing on the App Store and Google Play, but not as part of a subscription plan. It is a separate project under Enterprise and is quoted as a custom project.

Three ways to sell a “branded app”

When an app says your clients get your brand, it means one of three things. They differ in cost, in setup time and in whether your client can find you by searching the App Store.

Your brand inside their app

Your client downloads the platform's own app from the store and sees your logo and colours inside it. Cheap and fast, but the app in the store carries the platform's name.

Your own App Store listing

The platform publishes a copy of its app under your name on the App Store and Google Play, so clients can find you by searching the store. It usually sits on a top plan or a paid add-on, needs your own developer accounts (Apple charges 99 USD a year) and goes through store review for every release.

A branded web app on your own address

Your client opens a link such as yourbrand.fitbrand.app and adds the app to their home screen; it opens full screen with your icon. No store, no developer account, no review, and branding changes are live at once. The trade-off: nobody finds it by searching the App Store. This is how FitBrand works on every subscription plan.

Frequently asked questions

Do my clients have to download anything from the App Store?

No. The branded client app is a web app (a PWA) published on your own subdomain. Your client opens the link and adds it to their home screen; the app opens full screen, with its own icon and your colour. It works on iOS, Android and desktop.

Is FitBrand's brand visible in the app?

Not on Pro and Elite. On the Free plan a small “Powered by FitBrand” badge stays at the bottom of the client surface; the app name and colour are yours on Free too. Move to Pro and the badge goes away and you upload your own logo.

Can I connect my own domain?

Not today. Every trainer gets a subdomain in the form yourbrand.fitbrand.app. If you want a real mobile app under your own listing on the App Store and Google Play, we do that under Enterprise: it is not part of a subscription plan but a separate piece of work whose scope is agreed in a call and which is quoted as a custom project. Get in touch if you want your own domain connected as well.

How long does it take to go live?

It is live the moment you save your logo and colour after signing up. There is no app store review, so there is no waiting; branding changes you make later appear without your clients downloading an update.

What is a white-label fitness app?

A fitness app that carries the trainer's or gym's brand instead of the software company's. At FitBrand that means the client app, the landing page and the share cards show your name, logo and colour; on Pro and Elite nothing of FitBrand is visible to your client.

Do I need an Apple Developer account?

No. The client app is a web app on your own address, so nothing is published in a store and there is no developer account to open or pay for. You only need one if you want a real store app under your own listing, which is a separate Enterprise project.

How much does a white-label app cost on FitBrand?

Your app name and colour are free on every plan, with a small “Powered by FitBrand” badge on Free. Your logo and the removal of the badge come with Pro: ₺499/mo on the web in Türkiye; elsewhere the App Store or Google Play shows you the price in your own currency.
