Refund Policy

FitBrand sells recurring subscriptions (Pro and Elite) to personal trainers. This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose) and renew automatically until cancelled.

By subscribing you authorise us — or the app store or payment provider that processes your purchase — to charge the applicable fee at the start of each billing period.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period.

After you cancel, your paid features remain available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

3. Refunds

Except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer law, subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes fees for a renewal you forgot to cancel, periods during which you did not use the Service, and downgrades.

We may, at our sole discretion and as a goodwill gesture, issue a refund or credit in individual cases (for example a duplicate charge or a proven billing error). Doing so once does not oblige us to do so again.

4. Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase is processed by Apple or Google and refunds are governed by their policies, not ours. You must request any such refund directly from Apple or Google; we are not able to issue it for you.

You can manage or cancel a store subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

5. Purchases through our website

For subscriptions purchased directly on our website, our payment provider (Paddle) acts as the merchant of record. To request a refund for a duplicate charge or a billing error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge, with your account email and the transaction details.

6. Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the terms above apply.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal right you have under mandatory law in your country. Where you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services, you acknowledge that by starting to use the Service immediately you may lose that right once the service has been fully provided.
