Sub-processors

FitBrand uses the third parties below to operate the Service. Each processes personal data only to provide its service to us and is bound by data-protection terms. We update this list before engaging any new sub-processor.

OpenRouter (AI features)

Powers the AI coaching assistant. Located in the United States. When you use the AI features, the training notes and client context you submit (which may include health information) are processed by OpenRouter to generate responses. Transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses.

RevenueCat (subscriptions)

Manages in-app subscription state. Located in the United States. Receives a pseudonymous user identifier and purchase events; never your payment card details.

Hosting & storage

The Service runs on our own servers and self-hosted object storage, located in our chosen region. Stores your account data, content, and uploaded media.

LycianAuth (authentication)

Our authentication provider, operated by us. Handles trainer/admin sign-in.

Apple & Google

Process in-app purchases, app distribution, and push notifications for the mobile apps.
