Frequently asked questions
Does FitBrand have a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan never expires and covers 3 active clients, 5 custom workout plans, the exercise library, muscle maps and progress analytics. Your clients use the app under your name and your chosen colour; only a “Powered by FitBrand” badge is visible.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Opening a Free account asks for no card details. A card is only requested when you move to Pro or Elite, at the payment step.
Can I use my own domain?
Every trainer gets their own subdomain in the form yourbrand.fitbrand.app; the client app and the landing page are published at that address. Connecting your own domain (yourbrand.com, for example) is not available today. You pick your subdomain free of charge during onboarding on every plan; changing it later is a Pro and Elite feature.
What happens to my clients if I downgrade?
No data is deleted. Your clients, their plans and their past workouts stay where they are; only access narrows. If you are above Free's 3-client limit, existing clients remain but you cannot add new ones. The white-label lock returns: the logo you uploaded is hidden and the “Powered by FitBrand” badge reappears. Upgrade again and everything comes back exactly as it was.
How do my clients install the app?
They do not need to visit an app store. They open the invitation link you send on their phone, the browser offers “Add to home screen”, and the app appears on their home screen with your icon and your name. It works on iOS, Android and desktop; updates are automatic.
How is payment taken, and can I cancel anytime?
Subscriptions are monthly. In Türkiye they are charged in Turkish lira through our licensed payment provider, and the prices on this page include VAT: your card is charged ₺499 on Pro and ₺1.249 on Elite, with no tax added at the payment step. Outside Türkiye you subscribe inside the FitBrand app on the App Store or Google Play, and the store charges you in your own currency at the price it shows before you confirm. Either way it renews until you cancel, you can cancel from your dashboard at any time, and your access lasts until the end of the period you paid for.
What is Enterprise, and which plan includes it?
No plan includes it. Enterprise is a separate project in which we build a real mobile app published under your own listing on the App Store and Google Play. It is not a feature of the monthly subscription plans but an independent piece of work whose scope is agreed in a call and which is quoted as a custom project. Get in touch if you are interested.
